Ida 

Ida is the owner and founder of King Academy Child Care Centre.  She is a graduate and an alumni of Seneca College with a diploma in Early Childhood Education and another as a Paralegal-Law Clerk. Since graduating, she has worked in both fields and has become a mother of two beautiful children.  After the birth of her daughter she decided to change career paths and pursue her passion in child development and begin King Academy . Having been a parent looking for quality child care she knows firsthand the importance of finding excellent child care that meets the physical, intellectual and emotional needs of young children.

Ida is a registered Early Childhood Educator, and also an alumni of the College of Early Childhood Educators.  Over the past 20+ years she has worked and volunteered with infants, toddlers, pre-school’s and school age children and has tutored children of all ages. She has also worked with children with special needs such as Autism, Asperger’s syndrome & Down syndrome.

Ida is a compassionate, understanding, patient person with calm and nurturing skills to provide your child with the best learning experience everyday.
